Going out with Mocoma friends

Yesterday night I went out with my class friends. It was so cool.
The begginning of the night was chaotic because I missunderstood the explanations about how to go to Laura's house and I took the wrong direction... :( but Estelle came to pick me...thanks!!!! Finally, I went to Laura's (Latvia) house, that I have to say that is very big and in fact, I wanted to live there because is like Amélie Poulain world. She has 3 yellow plastic dwarfs and a big green beautifull goat that is my favourite thing without doubt.

We were drinking and playing to games because Nico knows a lot of games and he likes them too. We laught a lot. And then, we moved to Overport, to dance a little. So Ana (Portugal), Estelle and Nico (France), Laura and Ramon (Spain) , Laura (Latvia) and me went to this party neighbour. Then Yi Wen called me because she wanted to join us. So we were in the bike park. And then we went to "Habana" where I was wrong when I thought that it was a latino bar cause it was not, nothing related with latin music...

Ayer por la noche salí de fiesta con mis compis de clase. Cosa que fué muy divertida. El principio de la noche fué kaotica ya que entendí mal las indicaciones de cómo ir a casa de laura (Letónia) y fuí por otro lado:( ... pero Estelle vino a por mi...grácias!!! Al final llegué a casa de Laura que tengo que decir que es super grande, y que quiero vivir en ella ya que es muy Mundo de Amélie Poulain. Ya que tiene 3 enanitos de plástico amarillos, y una cabra verde my grande que sin duda es mi cosa preferida de la casa.

Estubimos bebiendo y jugando a juegos ya que Nico se sabe un montón y le gustan mucho. Nos reimos mucho. Y luego nos fuimos a Overport para bailar un rato.Así que Ana (Portugal), Estelle y Nico (Francia), Laura y Ramón (España) y la anfitriona Laura (Letónia) y yo fuimos a este barrio tan "festero". Después Yi Wen nos llamó que venia también así que estubimos un rato en el parking de las bicis y luego nos dirigimos a "Habana" que con ese nombre al menos pensé que me pondrían musiquilla latina, con lo que me podría marcar unos cunatos cha-cha-chás pero na nai de la china, aquello no tenia nada que ver...

I'm opening a blog because I want to keep you informed while my Erasmus experience in the WAFFLE COUNTRY.

First of all I want to explain you why my blog is called Merengue's in Belgium...because is due to a story that happends to me when I just arribed to Belgium.

My name is very very dificulf to pronunce for the flemish people even is like, I tryed to explain it like this thousands of times...like Mirell but with an A at the end... they pronounce my name in so many ways: Mirela/Miralla/Miranda/Maraia and so on...but without doubt the best way to pronounce my name was: Merengue even they know that Merengue is a name for a latin dance and is a sweet to...hehehe

So...now for the belgian people I'm Merengue... and in fact I like it :)

Estoy abriendo mi primer blog por que quiero manteneros informados mientras estoy inmersa en mi experiencia Erasmus en el PAÍS DE LOS GOFRES.

Antes que nada, os voy a explicar por que mi blog se llama así, Merengue's in Belgium... por que tiene mucho que ver con una historia aue me pasó nada más llegar a Bélgica.

Como es fácil pensar, mi nombre es muy difícil de pronunciar para los flamencos aunque, a mi parecer es como Mirell, como he intentado explicar miles de veces... pero con una A al final. Aún así, ellos continuan pronunciando mi nombre de muchas maneras: Mirela/ Miralla/Miranda/Maraia... pero sin duda, la mejor forma y la más pintoresca fué: Merengue, a pesar de que saben que Merengue de un baile latino y de un dulce...jejeje

Así que, a partir de ahora para los belgas yo soy Merengue... Y de echo me gusta :)
